Hi, I’m Rhi. I came to UX through fashion and visual design, and I enjoy working where people’s needs and a brand’s character meet. I explore ideas through research, then give them shape in clear interfaces, identities and prototypes.

I start by understanding people’s routines and the points where an experience feels confusing or disconnected. Research helps me define what to solve; sketches and prototypes help me test how a solution might work.
My background in fashion business and UX means I enjoy working across both the character of a brand and the structure of an experience.

Collaborative industry project · UX researcher and client liaison · 2024
I worked with a student team on a digital concept to help prospective EV users understand and trust intelligent charging. I contributed UX research and client liaison, helped translate our insights into peer support and expert-verified forum ideas, and co-presented the proposal to EDF.
Industry project · UX researcher & UI designer · 2023
I mapped both estate agent and customer journeys, identified opportunities across navigation and usability, and developed low and high fidelity redesign concepts for the website and app. I presented my recommendations directly to the CEO.
Graphic design internship · 2019
I created digital and print assets aligned with the brand, collaborating with the founder and other teams while managing multiple design requests.
