Somewhere Nowhere website redesign concept

01 / The question

What needed
exploring?

The brand’s clothing and lookbooks have a vivid, playful character. How might its online shopping experience feel like part of the same world?

02 / The approach

How Rhi
worked.

Rhi reviewed the existing site and competitor activity, then translated the brand’s visual energy into bolder page layouts. She explored ways for customers to take part in the brand rather than only browse products.

03 / The outcome

What she
designed.

The proposed Creations section combines product customisation, a tailoring and upcycling service, and accessible DIY content. These screens and services are design proposals, not a live brand partnership.

A design decision, in context

Making the brand feel like itself.

Original page designs: category, gallery and product.

What informed it

Rhi identified a contrast between a restrained website and the brand’s expressive clothing and lookbooks. That observation informed the choice to bring stronger colour and play into the shopping pages.

What the work shows

These layouts translate that direction into navigation, category and product views. The Creations ideas add participation through customisation, upcycling and DIY content; they remain uncommissioned proposals.
